Turkey Pita Bread Pocket

Ingredients

  • 80 g of turkey breast
  • 1 wholemeal pita bread pocket
  • ½ cup of baby spinach
  • ½ tomato
  • ¼ red onion
  • 8 slices of cucumber
  • 1 tbsp of hummus

Method

  1. Slice tomato, red onion and cucumber.
  2. Take the hummus and coat the inside of the pita bread pocket.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and enjoy!
