- 1 cup of low fat (1%) milk
- 1 tbsp of BioPure Collagen Protein powder
- 1 tbsp of raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp of rice malt syrup
- ¼ tsp of cinnamon powder
- Heat up the milk in a saucepan to approximately 70°C. (Use a thermometer to measure.)
- Whisk in powders until well combined, stir in the rice malt syrup
- Pour into a mug and enjoy!
